Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Casey! I’m a proud Filipina living in Seattle who’s all about creating fun, stress-free, and unforgettable moments. I’ve spent the past 15 years bringing people together through music, art, and events, and I’ve learned how to juggle all the moving parts it takes to pull off something amazing. I’m passionate about making things run smoothly behind the scenes so you can actually enjoy your moment in the spotlight.

What Have I Done?
I ran an independent music platform for over a decade, producing tons of content and events to uplift artists and connect communities. Along the way, I’ve planned and produced over 100 events, everything from small pop-ups to packed dance parties, live concerts, corporate retreats, and more.

What Can I Do for You?
Think of me as your wedding-day right hand. I’ll handle your month-of and day-of coordination with a calm, can-do attitude that lets you relax and stay present. I’ll create your timeline, make sure everyone’s on the same page, and step in wherever needed to solve any last-minute issues. My job is to make sure your day feels exactly how you imagined it, with less stress and more celebration.

Weddings are full of love, intention, and community, and that’s my sweet spot. I love seeing the joy on people’s faces when everything comes together just right.
